If a phone or tablet does not meet the requirements above, the user will not be able to install FireGrid Manager App from the App Store. These requirements are dictated by the app to the store, and the store prevents the app from being installed on phones and tablets that do not meet these requirements.

MSA has tested the apps with Samsung and Apple devices. Installation of the app on devices from manufacturers other than the ones mentioned may affect performance of the application, including, but not limited to, alarm notifications and evacuation message transmittals.
