Adjusting the Suspension

WARNING! 

This helmet comes with the suspension installed. To supply maximum protection, make sure that the helmet is in the center position on your head and the fit is tight. Do NOT keep gloves, cigarettes, earplugs, or other objects between the suspension and the shell. Objects in this space can transmit a large amount of force to the head and neck during impact and result in serious injury or death.

Failure to follow this warning can result in serious personal injury or death.
